The tour guide Simon is really the most professional and best tour guide. He explained a lot of professional issues about the aurora. He was very active in searching for the aurora and also helped everyone take photos. The temperature felt -12 degrees C in mid-November. He helped us prepare blankets, hot chocolate and snacks. Let's have some snacks and wait comfortably for the light to arrive! The aurora really popped out! So happy! At twelve o'clock, we thought we were going home, but Simon found the aurora again, immediately found a place to park, and helped us find a bigger aurora again! Really awesome👍
great timely pickup and guide explained everthing really well. The guide took great pictures of us on a DSLR and we got it soon after. Our tour was operated by EastWest (if you would like to price compare). Do note that EastWest usually contacts you to let you know about the tour operation but we did not recieve the emails to the email address used on klook. We only found out it was cancelled when we got a SMS some hours later than the email was supposed to be sent. We were able to rebook easily to another day during which we had good luck with the nothern lights.
Trip pickup was smooth and communication was great! Hot chocolate and blankets were provided, guide was good and service too.
The itinerary planning was just so-so, and they actually arranged for us to see the waterfall at night, then the time spent in VIK was not enough. It was good that you could buy food at different attractions.
