Oslob Whale Shark Watching Join In Day Tour from Cebu

We had an amazing whale shark watching experience in Oslob with my dad. We’re visiting from Canada and this trip meant a lot to us. Our guide Belle was amazing, very professional, organized, and kind throughout the day. My dad is 55 and had injured his ankle earlier in the trip, but the team was very patient and accommodating so he could still enjoy everything. We also stopped at Tumalog Falls and riding motorcycles to the falls and back was so fun. We had such a great time and made wonderful memories together. Highly recommend this tour.

Taking advantage of the New Year holiday to travel, the crowds are really massive! The service driver was on time to the hotel to complete the pick-up and drop-off service. He led everyone in the arranged whale shark and waterfall activities, which was really responsible. His driving was also very professional and safe. The whale shark activity was very exciting and surprising, especially when the boatmen desperately pushed you towards it for direct contact in order to take a photo of you with the whale shark. You couldn't avoid it even if you wanted to... It was very exciting... As for the waterfall, we arrived at the assembly point and were taken to the waterfall area one by one by specially hired local motorcycle riders. The beautiful scenery made us linger. In short, this two-in-one activity is highly recommended for everyone. Next time I have time, I will bring other family members and friends to visit again. Experience: Great. Safety: Very safe. pros: Unforgettable experience, Amazing Beauty, Lifetime Achievement, Breathtaking, Capture your memories. cons: language barrier with driver, a lot of waiting, very late drop off. Be sure to ask for the GoPro, and mention that it is included in your booking. Our group experienced some difficulty with a member of group abandoning us, but once we got in the water after waiting for a couple hours, it was an incredible experience, the excitment is insane if you love Animals. Aside from the Whale Shark Snorkeling, Tumalog Falls is an absolutely breathtaking place and easily accessible. This activity doesn't require high levels of fitness at all. I would definitely recommend it if you're a couple or solo traveller, but do be prepared for patience as 80% of the trip is traveling and waiting.

Definitely worth it and highlight of cebu!!! You can get really close up with the whale shark during the interactions!! Driver picked us up at 3am and the journey to Oslob was 3hours. When we arrived there’s already a queue to complete the briefing, then another ~2 hours to wait for our turn to go into the sea! Googles and life vest provided. Each group gets a gopro and guide will actively help you to take photos/videos. Tumalog falls was also worth a visit. Don’t worry if you can’t change out to clean/dry clothings as they’ve laid plastic bags on the car seats to keep it dry. Driver then brought us to have lunch (own expenses) and we took another 3 hours journey back to our hotel. Super worth it!!! A must go in Cebu!

Kuya Driver arrived early and the travel is fast going to Oslob. great accomodation and really enjoyed the scenery! Nice meeting with the gentle giants and will surely try it once more in the future!!!

my driver picked up my family early and we had to queue for the guide to buy our whale shark tickets. however the queue moved really quickly and we were soon briefed by the locals on instructions to understand the whale sharks better. we then had to wait around 2h before we had our turn to see the whale sharks and dont worry about your belongings as they have a free baggage storage. the package also included a free gopro rental that allowed my family to have amazing photos and videos next to the whale sharks. Be prepared for very choppy waves as the whale shark swims near you due to its sheer size. they are very gentle giants and it was so breathtaking seeing them up close.

I must praise you. All the drivers arrive at the hotel in advance to pick you up. They really have a good sense of time. When watching whale sharks, the queue was really long. We arrived at five o'clock and queued up. The number was 171. We first went to a place with a general flow of water. We took a look at the waterfall attractions, and it was our turn around 10 o'clock when we came back. The tour guide attracted whale sharks by feeding them to come near the tourists to take photos and check in. Generally speaking, I was worried whether this would cause the whale sharks to not understand how to forage on their own in the future! , remember to wear long pants and be careful of jellyfish stings!

the driver drived fast and safely. but the wait was a little too long although I’m hapoy i could entertain myself with sone wonderful people I met during the tour. the waves were a bit strong that day but the whale sharks were there. the staff did their best to accomodate us despite the traffic going home

The driver arrived at the hotel at dawn to take us to Oslob to get a queue number. After waiting for about two hours, it was our turn to board the boat and go out to sea to see whale sharks. While waiting, there were small shops nearby selling food. Fishermen constantly feed the whale sharks and lead them back and forth on a route, and the boatmen help take photos with GoPro cameras one by one. The distance is so close that you might even accidentally touch the whale sharks, so don't worry about not being able to take pictures. After seeing the whale sharks, the driver took us to see the waterfall. Before entering the waterfall area, many motorcycle drivers take tourists individually to the waterfall area. The waterfall area is also very beautiful. The whole trip was very worthwhile!

it was great experience no hassle and seamless travel from the hotel to the whale watching and the tumalob waterfalls then back to the hotel. the crew of the boat are all kind and friendly, the driver is on time and reliable.
