Hotel location: Convenient. It took us about ten minutes to get to the hotel by car, and it's very convenient to take the subway to surrounding locations. There's a playroom downstairs, and guests get a 10% discount, which is great! 👍 Cleanliness: Very good. The wooden floors make it feel clean, as carpets can easily harbor dirt. Breakfast: It's until 10:30 AM. The variety isn't very large. When we arrived around 9:30 AM, many of the food items and juices were already gone. We had to ask the staff to refill them. Having to purchase breakfast for extra children on the spot made it feel even less worth the price.

First time staying in this hotel, it is really suitable for families. Take Exit B of Jingtian Station to the Women and Children's Building, then go to the elevator lobby and you will see the hotel's dedicated elevator. You can check in on the 28th floor. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. When they saw that there were children living with me, they took the initiative to ask me if I needed children's slippers and toothbrushes. It was very considerate. The room was very clean and big. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby the hotel. There is also a children's library and exploration hall in the building. Don't worry about not having activities on rainy days. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time.

great hotel with fantastic kid facilities as we get to visit the museum for free. it’s our second stay in this hotel and we really love the convienent of the train station which is really close and easy for moving around Shenzhen. . will come back again to stay here .

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the railway station. There are restaurants and a big playhouse next to the hotel building. I recommend family with kids to stay in this hotel.

The hotel restaurant is a bit small and there are not too many food choices. It is recommended to have breakfast from 7:30 to 8:30 to avoid the crowds. At 8:30, there are already many people and you have to wait for the table. The exploration hall on the first floor is large and the play facilities are suitable for kindergarten and elementary school children. You can enter and exit multiple times a day.

The hotel is conveniently located above Jingtian Station, with convenient transportation and dining options, which is very suitable for family travel. In terms of service, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The process from check-in to check-out was smooth, making us feel at home. The only thing that can be improved is that the breakfast selection is slightly limited. It would be better if more varieties could be added. Overall, Shenzhen Jingju Hotel added a lot of good memories to our trip. We will consider staying again and recommend it to other travelers.

The Children's Exploration Center is on the first floor, perfect for kids to play. The second floor is a large open space. We only stayed for an hour and then left. Overall, a great hotel and location.

The Jingju Hotel is very suitable for family stay, but it's a pity that we didn't book a parent-child room. The breakfast tastes good, but there are not many varieties. You can skip the midnight snack because there is nothing to eat. The Children's Discovery Hall on the first floor is very fun. The children don't want to leave after playing. There is a 10% discount for hotel guests, and they can enter and exit as many times as they want on the day. Both adults and children must wear non-slip socks.

The hotel is clean, and because the room wasn't ready when we checked in, the front desk staff proactively offered a late check-out at 2 PM the next day. There are many great food options near the hotel, including Thai food, Chinese desserts, durian pizza, and freshly made ice cream. We also went for a massage at a nearby shop, which was very relaxing. The children's library has many books suitable for young children for parent-child reading. The children's discovery museum is large, with lots of things to play with, enough to keep the kids entertained for a whole afternoon.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is right outside Exit B of Jingtian Station. The premises are clean and tidy, and the children's discovery center is a lot of fun. You could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out.
