Baggage delivery/check-in service from Hong Kong Airport to and from the city (provided by SF Express)

It’s really super convenient. I arrived in Hong Kong in the morning and had a whole day’s schedule. It’s really inconvenient to carry a suitcase everywhere, not to mention having to carry it up the stairs on the boat and find a locker. It costs 100 Hong Kong dollars. This service only costs less than 200 Hong Kong dollars and you can free your hands. The location is also very convenient. After you get out of the Hong Kong Airport, walk to the left and you can reach the deposit counter! Your luggage has already arrived before anyone even arrives at the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about losing it. It’s a service that is really worth recommending!

It's really convenient, especially when you're tired on the last day of your trip. It really frees up your hands. This service really eliminates a lot of itinerary planning issues and lets you go straight to the plane with your boarding pass. But the only downside of using this service on the last day is that you can't put your purchases in your luggage.

Send your luggage directly to the hotel from the airport, and go to Disneyland with ease! There are four 29-inch suitcases for our group, and the shipping fee is cheaper than the fee to store luggage at Disney! On average, each person saves about 50 Hong Kong dollars, and he doesn’t have to be so exhausted when he returns from Disney at night and has to take the subway with his luggage. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I avail this service and it was smooth and hassle free. They pick up and delivered our luggage on time. The instruction is clear and they provide a link to track our luggage too. This is locatird to Hongkong Terminal 1, lower ground nead elevator or infront of Mcdo Kiosk.

Since the first stop for the group was Disneyland, they shipped their luggage directly to the hotel from the airport, traveled empty-handed, and headed straight to Disneyland. Super relaxing and highly recommended.

Easy to use. You will receive an order confirmation email. On the appointment date, have your luggage ready. If no staff has arrived yet, you can inform the hotel. Once they pick up your luggage, you will receive another email. Pick up your luggage at the airport at the specified time to avoid fines.

Why don't Koreans use this?!?! On the last day, I went to Disneyland and had to catch an early morning flight the next day, so I was worried about what to do with my luggage ^.ㅠ I remember using a service that delivered luggage from the hotel to the airport when I traveled to another country, so I found this place while searching! I was really worried because there weren't many reviews from Koreans, but I was able to receive my carrier safely at the airport👍 After sharing my situation through SF Express online consultation, I asked the hotel to give my luggage to SF Express when they came to pick it up when I checked out of the hotel. I received an email notifying me that my luggage had been picked up 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and they even shared the location tracking with me! I'm writing this review in the hopes that other Koreans can also travel comfortably.🤗🤗

It is highly recommended to make an appointment online first. You don’t have to queue up when you arrive at the venue. You can enjoy Hong Kong easily without dragging your luggage! The luggage will be sent to the hotel that night.
