Sapporo - Chitose Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival Shuttle Bus

I was so grateful for this tour. It was on my bucket list to see the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival. This bus shuttle was perfect. I arrived late bc I couldn't get a taxi to the hotel pick up on time. They graciously waited for me before leaving. The bus was comfortable and the guide wrote the directions about what to do and when to come back on a large cardstock. We were given our tickets at the entrance of the snow festival. There was plenty of time for us to experience the festivies and even get a cup of coffee. Everyone on the bus was on time so we could returning back to the Sapporo Station. I would highly recommend this shuttle tour!

There is a shuttle bus to watch the snow festival in a distant place. It is very convenient for one person to go there. It can save the cost of transportation and accommodation. It is highly recommended.

Good things: great condition bus, ice festival nice for 1 hour or ao. Negative things: messy check-in, very little explanations in non-Japanese regardless of the quantity of foreigners on board, and at the ice festival no more kids area like 9 years ago.

I attended the trip on 2/12 and I missed my appointment at Shikotsu Lake at 16:20. Klook didn’t notify me at all and didn’t respond afterwards. There were also people participating in kkday's itinerary at that time, and at least there was a short notice of cancellation via email. I'll wait until I get back to Taiwan to hold him accountable. Here are the reactions that day: We have arrived the departure at 16:00, until now it is 16:43. There is no bus here for the Lake Shikotsu Ice Wave Festival, and I checked the Email, no any information for this at all . And also we met a family who also get here for Lake Shikotsu Ice Wave Festival, but they booked the bus on KKDay, and they receive the cancellation information immediately. What's going on?
