The brunch at Hue was enjoyable, with private table next to floor to ceiling Victoria harbour view. Appetizers are tasty and the grilled hamachi fish was delicious! The INK bar downstairs was right next to the Avenue of Stars with good views of the spectacular fireworks. The mocktails, ice cream and salt and pepper squid snacks are very good.
The venue, service, are all attentive, and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is very good to have such an arrangement on a special day. I will patronize such a service again.
The environment for watching fireworks is blocked by trees. The location is a bit disappointing. The atmosphere is lacking. The food and beverage starter needs to be improved.
