Pretty decent hotel considering the pricepoint. Clean room and bathroom, well-maintained. Size of the room is big as well. Hotel has ample parking space and it is right beside Lander's and ICC.

Room cleanliness, atmosphere , and facilities are commensurate to the price. Staff are accommodating. WiFi is really slow. There are rooms near the street so expect that it’ll be a bit noisy. if you’re particular on this matter, maybe you can request for a room that’s not near the streets.
