Staffs are kind. We enjoyed the foods in their cafe & even join their poolside dinner buffet after a long day at Nusa Penida. We have concern on our AC & immediately transferred us at to another room

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic amenities. Noise insulation could be better, but overall, it’s a great choice for a short, hassle-free stay near the airport. Would recommend for transit travelers.

Small but modern hotel. The staff got our room type wrong but rectified it in about 20mins. Water coolers are everywhere in the corridors. The food was not bad. The hotel was walkable distance to Kuta Beach. However, the whole hotel is non-air conditioned other than your room, so the lift was really stuffy. The fridge was not working and the body soap smelled a bit weird to me. Overall, an ok experience.
