I had a great stay at Hotel Terrace at Kuta. The location is excellent—close to plenty of food establishments and within walking distance of the beach. The room was nice, clean, and in excellent condition. The staff were also very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. There are a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, and the TV is a bit outdated with only one channel available. It would be great if the hotel could upgrade it to include Netflix and YouTube. The complimentary breakfast could also use a little improvement. Overall, though, I had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Terrace Hotel is my go-to hotel in Kuta, Bali. As a surfer, I love its proximity to the beach which is just a few minutes walk away. I also appreciate all the restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The hotel room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complain is the fridge in the room is not cold enough I think.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Hotel Terrace. The place is nice, and the location is very ideal and convenient. However, I would just like to share one concern. As someone who has allergic rhinitis, I experienced allergy flare-ups throughout my entire stay. I’m not completely sure, but it might be related to the air conditioning unit — perhaps it needs cleaning or maintenance, as the air circulating from it seemed to trigger my allergies. Please don’t get me wrong — overall, the hotel is great and we truly enjoyed our stay. I just wanted to mention this in case it helps improve the experience for future guests.

the hotel is located in a nice area wherein it is accessible. near the beach, cafes, resto and beach. the facility itself is so nice as well as the staffs.

Location is near the airport, has lots of resto nearby. Beddings and blankets is newly washed but there’s a lot of stain, there’s also hair on the pillows and towels! “

area was crowded, but the room is fine, typical room with complete facilities. we requested a packed breakfast on our last day because of our early flight. bfast has lesser varities compared to other hotels weve stayed in.

The hotel is very nice. The staffs are accommodating. The buffet breakfast is also good and they have a good location.

It was a perfect touch that allowed us to enjoy a meal on the go during our tour, showing their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Hotel Terrace at Kuta, and I would definitely book here again on my next trip to Bali.
