I had a wonderful experience at the hotel during the off-peak season. The hospitality was truly outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The services provided were impeccable and exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. the hotel was located in a super convenient location, just right next to ferry terminal. it's also extremely close to a number of food places along harbour bay. the room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. bathroom was also clean, with toiletries provided. had a good stay at this hotel, and certainly recommend it to anyone who's considering!

Short walking distance from the ferry terminal to the hotel lobby. Check in on 2nd level. Clean rooms, linen, complimentary minibar and staff are friendly. Good breakfast selection. Good choices of cusines around hotel within walking distance, local, Chinese (seafood/similar to HDL). May request for shuttle service to nearby restaurants esp with elderly. Nothing to shop though. Overall a pleasant stay.

Finally tried Marriot Habour Bay and it was indeed one of the best experience I had staying here. The staff are very friendly, the room is very clean, the breakfast has a nice spread of different cuisine and the facilities are great. The best part is it's located right beside the ferry terminal. Will definitely come back to stay at Marriot.

The room is great. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. They did a simple birthday deco in the room for us. The breakfast buffet is huge and many wide spread. Will come back again.
