The location is good for us as this hotel is located within or less than 30 minutes from the location I need to go. The moment we alight from our car, we are greeted by a big smile from the guys who help to open the door for us as well as the front desk staff on duty on the 7 Sep at 11am. Special mention to Swara (Front Desk) that makes our check-in effortlessly. The room was great, and everything else worked perfectly in the room. Another special thank you to the guy who took our late nite supper rder who was also on duty at the bar as well as the lady who delivered our supper to our room (my apologies as I can't remember your bame). My only feedback for the room will be for the shower room as we can't seems to find a hook for us to hang our clothes when we are taking our shower and the glass door design is kind of awkwardly position as when we open the glass door to get our towel which we have to hang outside of the glass door, the floor mat get sweep away and we end up have to step out from the shower area and end up making the floor wet. We will definitely come back again for our next trip to Batam.
