Staying here brough back memories of my childhood with the lack of furniture and sitting on the ground all the time. For my American husband, he was quite charmed by the place. The place looked beautiful at night like you stepped into a movie scene.

the Han-ok house was beautiful, the restaurant near it, Bockgil(?) and the coffee shop, DND, were also very nice. highly recommend visiting the restaurant if you like seafood. the room itself, was okay, not quite the Han-ok experience but the disadvantages of Han-ok were there. it would have been even better if the true Han-ok experience could have been in the rooms as well.
