very basic - we just needed 1 nights accomodation and it did the job.

Perfect spot to stay if you are visiting Hong Kong. Near to Mongkok station, very accessible to the Mongkok sneaker streets, lung fung mall and many good food chains, most especially, just a walking distance to ladies night market. Very accommodating owner/ receptionist! Thank you!

For a budget-friendly stay in the heart of Hong Kong, Kam Mun Guest House exceeded all of my expectations. While the room was predictably compact—which is standard for Hong Kong real estate—it was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything a solo traveler or couple needs, including strong Wi-Fi and working air conditioning. The location is the real highlight, as it sits just a short walk from the MTR station, making it incredibly easy to explore local night markets, grab authentic street food, and navigate the city without spending a fortune on transport.

Good place to stay on a budget.

location and transport access are the best features of this guest house. near sneaker street, as in few steps away, near lung fung, bus stops, train station. expect space is limited since it’s a guest house only, bring your own towel if possible, clean and comfy, you can leave your stuff in case early check out, staff is friendly and hospitable! when you arrive at SunHing Bldg, go to elevator and press 21. hotel location: 10 transport access: 10

The place is easy to find since the directions are very clear. The staff were also nice, always smiling and greeting guests. We weren’t asked for a deposit during check-in. The room was exactly the same as in the photos. It has a private bathroom with body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, and tissue provided. Just bring your own towel since they only provide disposable towels for an extra 5 HKD. The room has enough space to move around a bit and open luggage one at a time. The bed and room was clean, and they clean the room every two days. They also have a pantry with a fridge, air fryer, and microwave, so we were able to reheat our leftovers. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

friendly staff. location was very accessible and is very near to all famous establishments. highly recommended :) Also, the room itself was very clean, no issue at all.

Such a hidden gem for budget travelers in the heart of Mongkok. ang lapit sa lahat, mongkok MTR, ladies market, sneakers street, kainan, ATM and convenient stores. 1 bus ride lang from/to airport (bus A21) less than 2 minutes lakad hotel na.. Small room but comfy bed, pillows and comforter, we got the quadruple room. Clean and fresh room and toilet with toiletries. just bring your towel because disposable one is provided pero ok pa rin and with a fee if you ask for extra. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler and we were ok nman s space ngroom. we had 1 cabin lugage and 3 back packs, a baby bag and foldable stroller. they have common area where you can lounge, eat, use microwave and fridge, disposable cutlery is also available. Hailey, the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Downside lang minsan ung elevator amoy sigarilyo, minor lang.. Overall, we had a pleasant stay..
