Kudos to the entire team! Thank you for helping me recover from a fraud/scam I experienced with a fake Prime Residences Cityland listing called "John D Staycation." also from Klook.. This hotel was my savior. The staff were understanding, responsive, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Value for money. We had a spontaneous trip to Tagaytay and this was the quickest hotel we could book for. Best to book with Klook as I saved so much more! The hotel's a bit old though.

We only stayed here for one night and it was great! Though the hotel is not perfect and seems old, given that we only paid around 1200k php here for the standard room, it was more than what we expected. Our room has heater, mini ref and television. The only thing I didn’t like is the lights in the room because it’s too dim. Recommended and we will definitely go back!

can improve on elevator access. cleanliness also (bed sheet has lipstick stain but I think laundered naman). It’s good that there’s a good view, table tennis, and pool. Very accessible area also. Overall would recommend for the price
