We recently stayed at Boracay Ocean Club and appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room from a Superior Room to a Premier Room, which was a nice gesture. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay more enjoyable.
However, there were a few areas that need improvement. The room had a noticeable musty smell, and although housekeeping provided room make-up service, the cleaning did not seem thorough. There were also no floor mats provided for the toilet, which was inconvenient.
Another issue was the lack of available pool towels during our stay. The food selection was also quite limited.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay, which helped make the experience better. Overall, while we appreciated the room upgrade and excellent service from the staff, improvements in housekeeping, amenities, and dining options would greatly enhance the guest experience.
