Our stay at Aureo Beach Resort was wonderful (our 2nd tine here). The rooms were cozy, with beautiful beachfront views and gorgeous sunsets. I highly recommend the spa. My therapist, Bella, was exceptional and made it one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. My husband's first therapist wasn't as skilled, but the staff quickly arranged a replacement the following night, and the new therapist did a great job. Overall, my family loved the atmosphere, the views, the pool, and the spa.

Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel staff members were very welcoming, accommodating, and polite throughout our stay. The only downsides we experienced were the food service, as the waiting time was around an hour or more, and some areas of the resort already seemed a bit dated. Despite that, our family still had a fun and enjoyable time. We would definitely visit this resort again.

facilities are a bit old but still good. the rooms are not that clean. the resort is 20 min drive from urbiztondo where main area for surfing is. the food is expensive. but staff are attentive
