Deluxe Twin Room 35sqm , Non-Smoking · 2 Adults · 4 Nights

Hotel is located just beside Takashimaya department store. Had electrical issues with our room and was transferred to a better room. The whole thing would have been frustrating( because we were so tired and ready to sleep) . if it wasn't for Miss Seto. She was very kind and apologetic for the mishap. She was very considerate and took care of us. The company is very fortunate to have her as a valuable team member.

We had a wonderful stay at Good Nature Hotel Kyoto. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Kyoto, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a very comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room for free, which made our experience even better. However, one thing to note is that there was no staff available to help carry our luggage to the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.

Beautiful hotel, AMAZING room…the spa is top notch—fell asleep both times during my massage 😳The restaurants on site were delicious and it was nice to have a little store there in the hotel to grab a drink and snack when needed!

beautiful hotel. very peaceful environment. good bath amenities that they made themselves. right next to takashimaya, near nishiki market, pontocho alley and the gion area. can hear cars going by at night but we slept alright. front desk staff very helpful, they even prepared a gift for our anniversary. most other hotels just give a higher floor as a benefit.

Probably one of the best hotel stays I ever experienced in Kyoto. Hotel room was big and spacious. the staff were friendly and smiling when doing the check in process. Although the staff isn’t perfect in English, at least you can understand what she is saying .
