Cleaning Service Fee Per Room Per Booking of MYR 30 will be collected at the property upon arrival. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay including moving furniture, beds or decoration. Non-halal food is not allowed at the property. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 upon check-in. The property strictly enforces a no excessive noise policy after 11pm until 8am. The property's Customer Service Team is available till 11PM only. Guest are advised to contact the property before 11PM. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. Guests are required to pay a Service Fee per room per booking of RM 30, which will be collected at the property once reached. Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel. Refundable security deposit per booking - RM100 for all room, deposit will be collected 3 days before arrival
