Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The toilet in our room became clogged, and when I reported the issue to the front desk, I was told that it had not been clogged before our arrival. While this was being discussed, another couple approached the desk and reported that their toilet was also not working properly. Management did not handle the situation with much consideration, and the reimbursement process was unnecessarily difficult. After we requested to speak with a manager, we were eventually moved to another room on the same floor. The bartender was the one bright spot of the experience. She was friendly and made excellent drinks, although the prices were quite high.

Great

Solo stay

It has everything you need - except ibuprofen- elevation got me the first night unprepared. Early check in doesn’t exist through Expedia and wasn’t an option at arrival - try calling in advance if needed. Gluten free pizza for the win - but no vegetarian protein options. Nice lounge and easy parking.

We were not able to get into our room until about 6 pm. We had to wait about an hour. The hotel was short staffed of maids we were told. The shower stall looked like something in a campground and was not appealing to use at all. The rooms were small and dated. The beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The decor was beautiful, not missing a single touch, but most of all these were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The beds and the bedding were luxurious. Sitting out on the patio in the evening was so relaxing. We ended up having cocktails and chatting with other travelers. I only ate breakfast onsite the but the food and coffee were delicious. The saddest part was that we were only passing through for one night. I will never stay anywhere else in Flagstaff ever again.

Love, love, love this property!!! Very classy and fun vibe here. People were everywhere enjoying every part of this hotel. Great cocktails at the bar, the food smelled amazing and the outdoor fire pits and seating was the way to unwind. They had someone showing and pointing out the stars in the sky, so cool. Sad i did not get to use the pool and other amenities, but maybe next time. Very pet friendly, happy dogs everywhere. Coffee was delish in the morning.

Trash in room only fit tissues, hotel priced online at 120 but the fee was 280 instead total with all their hold fees, which were not disclosed other than a 40 dollar fee until you got to the desk and had already invested 120 on the room, the rooms smelt like weed, you could hear other guests moving furniture in the night and the hotel had a party scene to it with doors open on the first floor and liquid on their tables. The beds were nice though. Won’t be back. I value transparency and a safe environment when I travel.
