Great Nice place. Breakfast area is congested so is crowded when trying to get food.

Great Great location, welcoming staff, good breakfast choice, nice balcony to eat breakfast! Good air conditioning once we worked out how to set it to cold! Would stay here again

Fabulous location. The breakfast area / balcony was terrific. Staff were very helpful and kind. I would not hesitate on staying again.

Below averageStayed with partner
The front desk was closed during our afternoon arrival. Despite messaging us multiple times on Expedia, the front desk person reached out to us via WhatsApp (which we dont use) to let us know we had to check in at an entirely different hotel.
After a full day of travel this was a ridiculous hurdle to have to deal with at the finish line.
The person who checked us in did not inform us of any of the amenities, or how to access the breakfast area so again we just had to figure it out ourselves.
This was entirely unacceptable and utterly ridiculous.
It may have been a weird one-off occurrence, but it soured the hotel to us in general. I would not recommend subjecting yourself to this, just find yourself somewhere that has employees who man the desk and will check you in without any event or adventure.

There is no sign at the building or in the lobby to tell you that you are in the right place or where to go. The hotel is the 3rd floor of a multi-use building, which is fine except for the lack of direction/instructions. The staff is 100% fantastic - every person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, delicious and fresh each day. The room was very clean but very tiny without drawers or much place to store clothing. Bathroom was clean and roomy and included toiletries.

FantasticStayed with kids
Really great apartment, we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in an apartment. It did mean we had the double sofa bed and they had the twin bedroom but it was comfortable and big. Very clean, staff were lovely and a great location especially for the Collaseum

GoodStayed with partner
We have stayed here previously and the staff are nice the only problem was that the electricity kept tripping so the wifi was in and out. Also we had no hot water both mornings. It isn’t the staffs fault but it wasn’t good start to our days.
