Parking is excellent, staff are lovely. Our room not so good. The window catch was broken so it was hard to open and wouldn’t close properly, none of the wall lights worked and despite booking the room for 2, there was just 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel.

Solo stay

This is perfect for a one night stop over, or a base to explore the area they have recently introduced a £5 parking charge whereas it used to be free, be sure to factor this in if you plan to stay.

Room was satisfactory. The hotel is located in a motorway services area. On arrival was charged extra to park in the services car park as the hotel does not have a private car park. Purchased breakfast for two adults however this is a voucher that has to be redeemed in the services building next door to the hotel and at a particular concession. Breakfast options were limited at the vendor, so beware! Extra parking charge and poor breakfast would put me off booking here again.

Easy ample parking although you have to pay now if you don’t book directly with them. Staff were great and room fine for my needs but the fact I couldn’t completely shut/lock my window meant it was not the best nights sleep due to noise of the lorry park.
