We really had fun staying here! Big room, kid friendly and malapit sa mga tourist attractions like Dino Island and Clark Safari. I like the hotel! Yung food lang sa Breakfast buffet ay sakto lang.

Our Unforgettable Family Staycation at Best Western Plus Metro Clark! Celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary at Best Western Plus Metro Clark was an absolute dream. It was our 1st time bringing my in-laws along for a staycation, and from the moment we arrived, the cozy vibes and A++ service from the entire staff made us incredibly welcome. We even received a surprise upgrade from a Deluxe to 2 spacious, hi-tech Superior Rooms! Super clean and complete! Though it rained during our 2-day vacation, the hotel proved to be the ultimate one-stop shop. W/ an indoor playhouse, sports simulator, restaurants, cafe and swimming pool. We still had plenty to do inside. The highlights were also the dining experiences, we enjoyed a spectacular Teppanyaki dinner at Namari, thank to Sir Floyd, Chef and co. We woke up to a top-tier breakfast buffet a Spencer's (the pork adobo, chicken w/ herbs and fried rice are must-tries!). Reality completely way exceeded our expectations in our stay here! Thanks!

Clean and spacious room, kid-friendly hotel with swimming pool and indoor playground. Nice location near restaurants and sm city clark. Approachable staff. Thanks for the complimentary birthday cake. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay. ☺️

Good location - just after the welcome arch of Angeles City. it's near Robinsons Angeles and Immaculate Conception Parish (walking distance only, about 6-10 min.). many stores and eatery nearby. also, a kilometer away from SM City Clark. the staff are welcoming, accomodating, and friendly. always ready to assist. the hotel looks and feels like a 5-star hotel with amenities like bar, restos, overlooking pool, gym, kids play area (free for stay-in guests), kinder center for kids, sports simulator. there's a breakfast buffet with variety of foods to choose from. we booked a deluxe king room. it is spacious, well-lit, the ac is working perfectly - very cold. with a centralized touch-screen control panel for lights, ac, tv, and DND, and a with a view of Mt. Makiling. We truly enjoyed our overnight stay - was able to enjoy and relax at the se time. we will definitely go back to this family-friendly hotel. the price is just right for the outstanding comfort and service it gives to its guests.

Booked this hotel for the Aurora Music Festival and glad to have selected this one because of proximity to the venue and they offered a very comfortable stay overall. Apparently, we were not able to redeem their promotions as a festival-goer due to timing/comms gap between their staff. But overall, the room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. i love the good smell along the hallways and in the lobby. The staff were warm and accommodating adding to a good customer experience. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety of options-nothing overly extravagant, but enough to satisfy different tastes. It was also convenient to have several good restaurant choices inside and a cozy coffee shop right in the lobby.
