I would recommend investigating this place before advertising it on your website as this place is a scam. The neighborhood looks dangerous, not safe for female travelers. The hotel charges late check-in fee & additional for air conditioning. The staff was rude & aggressive and refused to provide his name. He was yelling at me & at one point I asked if I could use the phone to call the police, but I was refused this request too. This happened past midnight & I was happy to walk away because I’d rather be on the street than be on a property whose staff have no regard & respect for customer. I have a full vid of the incident where the receptionist was being aggressive & ushering us outside bec we were refusing to pay the late check-in fee. I decided to pay as there was no point in arguing with an establishment who just wanted to make money by being vague on their policy. The property is not sanitary; there’s a foul smell in the toilet & the room is altogether unpleasant. Doesn’t feel safe, no lift & zero customer service. This place should be investigated. Not recommended for FEMALE travelers as most people who are staying are men and drunk.

Great

The staff was friendly and helpful—they promptly changed a burned out light bulb. Very close to the M3 line that goes to the center and the train station. Lots of options for food, especially Carmen’s across the street— a very good seafood restaurant. The street is busy so there is some noise but it didn’t affect our sleep. In hotels.com it was advertised as having breakfast included and an airport shuttle but this was not true. They said they don't have a room for breakfast and it is a smaller hotel so a shuttle would not be feasible. That was disappointing.

The staff was great, the hotel was in a perfect location with the subway right out the front door for me to get everywhere I needed to go!!! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Milan Italy

The room itself wasn't clean at all. The bathroom was in a good condition, but the room wasn't.

Let me pre-face by saying this place was a budget friendly option and expectations were low… Check in was easy enough, they gave us keys and charged us for the city tax. Originally we’d booked a triple room, this then turned to a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. When I emailed to find out why, they said they don’t have triple rooms. So reluctantly I booked a second room. The original room had 3 beds when we arrived… so the second room wasn’t needed in the end, but since it was paid for we used it. The rooms are basic, the showers are small and the shower head wasn’t attached in one room. Both rooms had poop in the toilet and one smelled so bad it was hard to stay in there with the windows closed. Last kicker is the front door/room key thing. You have to hand over all access to your room when you leave the hotel. There’s no safe for passports etc. their receptionist locks the front door each time too, so try not to leave when they go for a coffee break. We ended up locked inside the hotel for 15minutes when they did. Only the receptionist had the key, the cleaners couldn’t even let us out. In summary, it’s a crappy budget hotel that looks similar to the pictures shown, the metro connections are good and there’s plenty of shops and cafes nearby

Staff was unfriendly. I was charged a fee for arriving after 8pm, despite there being country-wide train issues in Italy due to strikes.
