the food is not so good. for the price it is not worth IT. all staffs are kind and accommodating specially sir Ems! teh hotel amenities should also be improved for a better baler experience. over all, IT is good!

Top notch service! Staff and reception are very nice and hospitable. Hands off in terms of service quality provided. Buffet breakfast is also worth it with so many selections. Amenities and inclusions are totally off to die for. The only suggestion for improvement to the place is to replace the blinds which seems to be old. Overall, will definitely go back and recommend!

Booked this last minute in April 2025. They had me pay extra for my 12yo upon checkin, inclusive of extra bed (asked not to setup as the room has a day bed already) and breakfast. The location is good. They have spacious rooms. I thought the pathways from the pool to the garden rooms were not properly lit at night. The lobby near the pool area was undergoing renovation when we went. For someone who has cold urticaria, I thought the water temperature in the pool was too warm for summer, even at night. Food is okay.

We will come back. Rooms are spacious. Try to avoid room 124! The aircon is not working properly. or confirm first of it is fixed before accepting the room. We stayed in that room for 1 night and they gave us an electric fan.
