Great Location, rooms were clean and the 2 bathrooms were great for a family of 5. The downside was the air-conditioning not working, they sent to fix twice but it did not work at all for our stay. Also the washer/dryer combo in not great.

We LOVED the property and Staff! It was exactly as presented online but even more spacious than we expected. We are a family of 3 and had plenty of room! It was a little noisy being on the Main Street but we loved the location and being in the heart of Madrid so close to everything! We would highly recommend. As much as we loved everything, the Staff really stands out and made our time super special! The rooftop breakfast and bar is super cool too!

Good location across Plaza del Callao on Gran Via. Our 5 night stay was good, room clean and staff pleasant. I wish the hallways stayed lit all the time rather than lighting as you walk to your apartment and other areas dark. Other than that it was very comfortable.

The place was very clean. Location was central and within walking distance of the royal palace. Loved the convenience of having hotel breakfast available. Breakfast was very tasty. Loved having a kitchenette as well as a washing machine. I booked a 1 bedroom unit with a separate living area with a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable
