location, staff and the room is great tho a little bit small but it’s fine. the only thing that bothered me is the strong unpleasant smell right outside our room.

the staff or attendant is super thoughtful. mirador mansion is actually safe place to stay. The room is good and it’s super near to the bus stop and MTR. It was a nice stay. book here in mirador mansion.

hotel location: mirador mansion - easy to find. hotel reception - 16th floor, easy to find. hotel room - 10th floor, we got lost searching for it 😅 that's the only cons with this hotel. receptionist - accomodating. aircon, lights, hot shower, refrigerator is working (except the telephone). That's all!

The location of the hotel is great for nearby establishments, like K11 , 7/11 and a few convinience stores. The only downside is that it was at first confusing on how to get in this hotel. but glad a kababayan, helped out.

So lucky to stay with them. Everything is clean and worth every penny. Anna (Filipina) was the best receptionist. She doesn't hesitate to cater everything you need and assist you all the way.

At ease since receptionist and room maintenance are Filipinos. Very easy to check-in/out. Good accommodation for affordable price. Clean rooms also. Location wise since it's at TST and near attractions. What's best is they have free unlimited refill of drinking water (water is pricey at HK FYI), free use of microwave and electric kettle which is very convenient and saves you budget.
