This was our 3rd trip to HK but our first time staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say my son approves šŸ˜‚. The room was surprisingly spacious, enough for us to fully open our large luggage without getting in each otherā€™s way. They also had Netflix and YouTube, which kept everyone entertained during downtime. Another thing I loved was that I didnā€™t even need to bring out my adaptor because they provide an extension wire, plus thereā€™s a magnetic charging option for iPhones. Very convenient. Pros: ā€¢ Lots of affordable food options nearby ā€¢ They provided 3 key cards, which was very helpful for our family ā€¢ Trash was collected daily ā€¢ Near MTR and bus stop Cons: ā€¢ Soundproofing could be better as you can occasionally hear people talking in the hallway ā€¢ I wouldā€™ve preferred if the floors were wiped daily during housekeeping Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our future trips to HK.

The location is very peaceful because it is not crowded outside. It is very accessible to TST Promenade, Avenue of Stars, Clock Tower, Cultural Center and Symphony of Lights through walking. There are an array of food restos around the hotel. We took the A21 Bus from the airport. The only not-good thing is a girl-receptionist who I talked to when we arrived at 1PM, I was supposed to ask her if check-in is allowed at that time despite the hotelā€™s policy of 2-PM check-in, instead of courteously answering me she said ā€œPassport pleaseā€, although we were allowed to check-in early, but she has to be friendly enough to guests.

Best western plus hotel tsim sha tsui is the best place to stay. Staff are friendly. Room is okay. Nearby in all shopping area. Accessible. Recommended and must try. They allowed late check out.
