Fantastic Current construction for mass transit outside hotel but was not an issue for ride share drop off and pick up when I was there. I was out very early so not sure about noise from it. Friendly staff with luggage storage after checkout. One small very slow elevator, so plan on mostly using stair access to rooms if able. Free sparkling and still water dispenser in the lobby available 24hrs. Great location with easy walk to Whole Foods. Refrigerator in room. Room was clean and A/C worked well.

Good I arrived in the evening to find the front desk on lunch. So I waited until 8:42pm for the break to end so I could check in. I used my Expedia points for a last minute booking and only needed a place to sleep. I checked out 12 hours later. The queen size was incredibly small- good thing it was just me. Be aware that there is construction happening directly outside the hotel on S. Reeves so if you are planning on parking your car it will be extra inconvenient. The noise was loud as to be expected which could explain the incredibly low rate. The Sirtaj is the perfect place to go if you need a no fuss and very stripped down place to crash in Beverly Hills in a great location. I do think my days returning here are numbered but the convenience and low price is hard to beat. It would be helpful if they offered virtual check in for returning guests as they are such a small hotel there’s normally only one person working at the front desk at any given time. They should consider that amenity as there are so few offerings.

Below average We were excited to come to this hotel because it was advertise as a luxury boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. It's not when we checked in. We were given our room for two people, and there was no door to the bathroom. My partner requested another room, but was told that they don't have a room available. The other person said all all their rooms don't have bathroom doors. It was very inconvenient. Another huge inconvenience with the parking situation. I believe part of the reason why I chose this hotel was that parking was reasonable only to find out when we checked in that there are no parking on the premises that we had to park to park around the block in an office building and they charge $40 first day . There was no welcome drink as advertised when we checked in . There was no room service. The restaurant was not open nor the bar nor the coffee shop all they have is a water dispenser in the lobby. This is not the luxury Beverly Hills boutique that I expected.

Below average The room was too too small . Like unbreathable . Very noisy fridge in the room. You could hear guests upstairs walking and talking.
Construction going on on the street makes it even noisier.
We couldn’t sleep whole nights.
The girl in the front desk was so not friendly.
The parking cost alot.
Only good thing was the location.
Not recommending at all!

Below average It’s half the price of everything else in Beverly Hills for a reason. Room is arguably clean, but not modern or renovated at all. I got bed bug bites or hives from the dust mites. Could t reach air filter to check. Zero amenities. One staff member that you’ve seen everyone comment about is clearly a problem. Not sure why she’s still there lol. If you’re alone and desperate — go. Otherwise, cough up a bit more and you’ll be much happier.

Fantastic Clean, comfy, excellent location. The paid parking was a little unusual but overall it was a good value and I would definitely come again.

Sirtaj is conveniently located just a block or two from Rodeo Drive, making it an easy and safe area to walk around. The only drawback was the parking situation due to ongoing road construction—you may need to walk about a block to access your vehicle. That said, the staff were very helpful and transparent in explaining the parking process.

Booked through Expedia using the “pay at hotel” option. After driving two hours to get there, I was told my reservation had been canceled because my card was declined. That was false.
First, my card was never charged or even attempted. Second, because I selected “pay at hotel,” the hotel should not have tried to charge the card in advance anyway.
The staff was extremely unhelpful and repeatedly tried to blame me. I showed them my reservation and proof that no charge had been attempted. At that point, they admitted the hotel was overbooked and said there was nothing they could do.
The explanations also kept changing. One employee claimed they had tried to charge my card “in the morning,” even though I did not make the reservation until around 3:00 p.m.
The hotel appears to have overbooked, canceled my reservation, and then tried to blame me for it. I was left to find other accommodations after a two-hour drive.
Terrible experience. I would give zero stars if possible. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel.

GoodSolo stay
Property clean, very helpful staff. However someone needs to change the remote battery. Only working when about 18 inches from the tv. Worthless if you are in bed.
