Great location.

The staff were all courteous. The location is central with easy access to activities along the harbor. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Next door to The CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. Also lots of places to eat in easy walking distance. We had an amazing view of The Toronto Blue Jays Stadium from our room, however be aware that this view came at the price of a decent lie in. The stadium tested the PA system at 4:30am both mornings we stayed and ground workers started using noisy jet washes at 3am to clean the seats & concrete steps. Sounded like a leaf blower right outside our room. I understand this work needs to be done but why so early in the morning?!

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The room was in terrible condition. Although the hotel claims that the rooms have been renovated, it certainly didn’t feel that way. The chairs were heavily worn, with cracked and peeling upholstery, which made the whole room feel old and poorly maintained. But the most disturbing part was the cleanliness of the bed. The sheets did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned, and we even found blood stains on them. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel and made us seriously question the hygiene standards of the room. It was honestly disgusting and made us very uncomfortable staying there. The hotel offered us some points as compensation, which I appreciate, but that does not make up for such a poor and unhygienic experience. A clean bed and fresh sheets are the absolute minimum guests should be able to expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again.

What a wonderful place to stay

Spacious room, pretty clean and great staff. The only issue was the shower, it was either blazing hot or freezing cold, anytime I’d find the warm water, it would dramatically change. But would stay here again in a different room.

Absolutely love this hotel! It's in a perfect location, within walking distance to CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the Harbour front and of course Rogers Centre. Love having breakfast at their outdoor patio. It's definitely our favorite hotel to stay when in Toronto.
