M’s Hotel Kyoto was a very clean hotel, with a very comfortable sized bed for for a westerner in Japan. The staff was very friendly and patient when I was checking in and out, as my Japanese is not very good and they understood my English when I got confused. definitely will look into staying there next time I am in Kyoto. Top notch service and hotel!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Kyoto. The location could not have been more perfect — transportation was incredibly convenient with easy access to trains and buses, making it simple to explore the entire city. One of the best parts was having a mall directly in front of the hotel, which made shopping, dining, and grabbing anything we needed extremely convenient. On top of that, there was a beautiful castle right around the corner that made the area feel even more special and memorable. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were kind and professional throughout our stay. Everything about this place made our Kyoto experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Value for money for a great location near station. Modern without physical key (digital passkey), touch screen check-in and out. There is Aeon just upfront which saved us many breakfasts + dinners. Laundry helped our clothes fresh. Staff only made bed per 3 days but we like cleaning bed ourself. Overall, pleasant stay.
