I was very surprised that the hotel rating is only 4 star when i arrived, because when i left i had one of the best 5 star hotel experiences. The place is amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. i trully recommend the place !

very luxurious hotel which is also eco friendly. all the things they use are recycled. didn’t get as many amenities as other hotels I stayed like facial cleanser sachets. nice stay and service by staff very good. very near Kyoto station.

A very pleasant stay experiences. The service is well thought of but not intimidating. All the settings (light, room temperature and etc) can be adjusted in one finger tips as an iPad is provided upon arrival. The room is clean, well-lit and spacious, not to mentioned it is well designed. Another plus is the location, it has a bus stop at the front door and subway is few hundred meters away.
