I love the place! The room was very spacious and tidy. We had the best city view from our room and experienced the best service from the moment we'd arrived. The check in was very smooth. The hotel location is very near to the TST train station plus the place was also located into a lot of halal restaurants

i was mesmerised by the enchanting harbour view from the window in the hotel room. service was impeccable. i will come back again if i were to visit hk. the place is also walkable from mtr. it is near k11 shopping mall, can access the mall fully sheltered via mtr underpass.

The hotel colleague who did the check-in for us at the 20/F Horizon Club, as well as the staff crew at the 21/F Club Lounge, were truly friendly, attentive and helpful. The harbour view from our room was definitely magnificent. And the food served at the 21/F Horizon Club Lounge during the afternoon tea, the evening cocktails, and the breakfast sessions were of great quality!
