Stayed with kids

The staff are friendly and helpful, the pool was a great feature for the kids and the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only note is that its and older hotel, and fairly outdated. Definitely not adequate electrical and outlet updates to keep up with odern technological needs. TV fridge coffee maker and 2 lights were all sharing one outlet along the wall. Everything else was fantastic

Solo stay

The room’s definitely need an update and the hotel is a little rundown, but it does exactly it’s purpose and the staff are friendly and it’s in a great location. It’s good for its price.

Stayed with family · For friends and family

We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The room was dated but clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good. If you are staying for multiple nights and plan to eat breakfast at the hotel I would recommend including it when you book your room. It would have been $40 for 3 adults and 1 toddler for 2 days had we booked ahead. When you pay on site it is $20 per adult per meal. The outdoor pool is a nice feature. It was clean and slightly heated so a morning swim was comfortable. The valet underground parking was well worth the $20 per night. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great
While it was kept mostly clean by the staff, I noticed there are bad carpet stains everywhere including Rm 719, they should have replaced the carpeting long ago. Also had a dead electrical outlet so the bedside lamp had no chance of working, seems to be neglected on long term maintenance?

The pool parties on Saturdays and Sundays ended at a reasonable time. However, the pool had leftovers of food in it and they were there all week. As well, the water was very cold... no swimming for me and very little for my grand-daughter. The restaurant only opened for breakfasts. The hotel and our room were very clean.

The room and bathroom was so tight, carpets are old... The Night Shift Front Desk Clerk (Lady Asian) needs to be trained on working in Front Desk...No Courtesy, Not Hospitable, Not Friendly., Never Helpful ,Not Accomodating, Doesn't Smile...treated us like kids or Un important... The worst Front Desk Clerk .

The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The TV was a bit hard to figure out and the hot water in the shower was a bit too hot. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Fantastic
Good location, close to the Stephen Ave Walk. We also had our room on the same level as the rooftop pool with a direct access to it. Our family loved it. Be aware, the parking is a valet parking type, but it is very convenient.
