All good but one slight niggle barely half a roll of toilet paper isn’t ideal.. Surely these things should be checked and confirmed via housekeeping.

Good Probably more than 3 stars as the staff were lovely, the bar was very lovely, the food was extremely lovely, the room in general was super lovely- a complimentary bottle of fizz, OJ and water. £21 for 24hrs parking..about the cost of Brum these days and it is on site at the rear through the archway. A 30 second walk to the Jam House.
But..and it is a BIG but…the bed/mattress was terribly uncomfortable leading to a not so lovely nights sleep..which is kind of the point as I was planning to rebook for another trip in June.
So many positives about the hotel though but an honest perspective from myself.
