The address given is the office address and for the smaller rooms, for family suites, it’s a building two doors down so if you have luggage do not drag it all to the office to know that you have to drag it all down to go to the next building. Excellent , excellent location !!! Close to everything , shopping, attractions. We walked to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Fountains ( longer walk but doable) Towels, bath gowns were provided and cleaned rooms everyday. Our fridge was not functional and they didn’t bother to change. Beautiful balcony overlooking the Roman streets.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff - we enjoyed our stay at Dimora Frattina. Despite being so well located (about a 5 minute walk from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps), it was very quiet and relaxed. When we go back to Rome we will definitely book again.

Fantastic
Great in almost every way. Some delay in checking in and a couple power outages and couldn’t get tv going for the football match but otherwise great! Perfect central location in fancy part of Rome.

The location was great. That is what you pay for. The toilet was work to flush. The shower doors were tiny and hard to get in or out of the shower. Also the shower did not drain very well so you were in about 3 inches of water the whole time. You could hear the neighbors. The location was great…
