Beautiful resort with great staff. The food is also excellent and the grounds are amazing. Very comfortable suite.

It’s exactly what you would expect for the price of a room. The resort fee is stupid and the golf is outrageously priced.
It’s a lower level version of La Quinta. You get what you pay for, except for the dumb resort fee—which gets you nothing.

Alex in the spa was amazing with his massage technique. He received several pain points which allowed me to better enjoy the wedding I attended.

Second time staying here. Staff is great. A little surprised that the pools are very basic. Compared to The Meritage and Solage…well there’s no comparison. There’s no food or drinks by the pool. Surprising given the price for “resort.” If you’re there to golf though, it’s a good choice.
The cafe also ran out of a bunch of items (sandwiches) which was disappointing.
Lastly, the cottages are extremely far away from the main resort pool.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
Our “premium suite” was just essentially an airbnb in a neighborhood with residents who own/live in the gated community. We didn’t get to enjoy any resort amenities. No room service. They offer a shuttle but it’s a 10 minute drive to get to the main resort area via the main road/highway. The house we were in had spiders and ants. We found a spider in the clean, folded towels. It’s great for an Airbnb but not good for a resort.

GreatStayed with friends
This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be understanding but to be ignored and not acknowledge makes me very hesitant to be a continued repeat customer.

Had a room with a leaky roof in the bathroom…actively dripped when the shower in the room above was active. They kept us in the same room and did not offer anything useful to compensate. Unusual for a resort of this caliber. They did simply offer spa access which was free to us anyways with our room at the resort. Disappointed…
On top of that, they lost a couple items from our laundry service with no offer to replace or compensate in anyway. Again, not something to expect from a resort of this caliber. Not sure how to account for that…just unhappy with the service for those things.

You definitely want to upgrade to a nice room as the standard kings near the driving range were in dire need of a remodel. The staff was very nice and waived our resort fee as an accommodation.
