The operator will prioritize the safety of passengers and cew members. In the event of any changes to the schedule, the operator will notify promptly via email or SMS. - Please be informed that afternoon flights beyond 16:00 going to El Nido are not advisable as the operator needs to consider the coast guard's night navigation for the boat transfers to and from the island resort - Cauayan Island Resort is not liable for any unforseen changes in airline flight schedules that may lead to missing the final boat schedule. Additionally, in the event of adverse weather conditions resulting in the suspension of boat transfers, any unused reservations/nights will be forfeited. Nevertheless, the operator will be on hand to help the guest organize the accommodation in El Nido town.
