GreatStayed with partner
I have visited The Parker several times and there was a noticeable difference with the staff this time. A few were outwardly rude (specifically the host at Mister Parker), the check-in team did not offer us any of the amenities that were on our booking (even after we asked...it was a simple "no", not even "let me check on that for you"). Overall, it felt disconnected from what you expect for that price point.

GoodStayed with friends
I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't finish them; small pool areas, turn down service included a paper bookmark which was ridiculous for a $1200/nt room (where was the chocolate?); spa services were lovely but my robe was taken by a spa attendant when I was in the steam room with my phone in it so they had to chase it down; spa desk people had no idea about products are used in facials so couldn't help me purchase what I wanted & the facialist didn't offer to leave it at the desk to purchase on checkout, standard practice at other spas; valet was chaotic with no stand so seemed very disorganized but they were helpful in loading up all our bags from shopping when they finally did arrive. Ive paid the same amount per night at the Connaught in London and truly received 5 star service. Parker is well known but it doesn't live up to the hype and definitely not worth the price we paid. Will not stay there again.

GoodFor business
The hotel is amazing our room was beautiful. Restaurants are beautiful with great menu and deliciously prepared food. you just need to be aware when booking with hotels.com you get room in low category. Our room did not have a window and it was on top a room that had machinery so all night we heard a noise and a vibration from lower floor.
They tried to upgrade the room for higher amount. The nobs to control water in the shower was all loose. the hotel needs some up keep not really 5 star quality for the price for sure.
Not sure if I would stay at the hotel again but definitely will go back for the restaurants.
Gi Gi at Norma was a fabulous waiter, he helped us customize our breakfast and was very helpful.

FantasticStayed with friends
The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine. There are 13 acres of property for weddings, pickleball and two pools. It's expensive but worth the high quality of experience you get.

I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime.
The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch.
You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and should not be missed. If you do want to explore, I love the location right in the middle of the valley so shopping and dining are all close by.
