Perfectly clean and comfortable. Great location for the concert we went to at SPAC. Free shuttle to and from the concert and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet breakfast. Eggs were fresh, did not eat the sausage or undercooked potatoes. Ran out of muffins before 9am on first day. we decided to eat out the next day as too many kids dominating the breakfast area, even though they were polite and not disruptive. Housekeeping too busy to clean our rooms. If you did not let them come in when they knocked (9am one morning) and asked to come back, they did not come back. Disappointed in that we expected at least to have our towels and bathmat refreshed. Staff did not understand engligh.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the size, the pool, the friendly service but this space needs some updating. The pool is falling apart from a badly broken lounger to the missing tiles in the pool. The hotel room is tired especially the bathroom. The floor tiles were loose and shower door didn’t close all the way so it wet the floor heavily with each use. These weren’t things to call the desk about on our short stay. These are maintenance items that need annual repairs. Also it’s crazy the rooms don’t get “cleaned” until 5pm or later. I asked for towels at 4:20pm so that we could shower. With a few changes, this property could be great.

Our experience does not agree with those who praise this property’s cleanliness. We were in “Building 2” which is not the main hotel. The main building appeared cleaner and smelled much better than building 2. We stayed one night and there were some positives, but unfortunately the housekeeping and maintenance issues outweighed them. The positives: • The room was very spacious. • The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and responded quickly when we needed additional toilet paper. • Despite a very lively pool area, things quieted down around 10 p.m. and the room itself was surprisingly well soundproofed. Unfortunately, the room did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We found multiple hairs in the bathtub, one towel had visible makeup on it, there was debris in the bathroom, and there was a reddish-brown stain on the front of the air conditioner. The shower head also had significant mineral buildup, and there were several maintenance issues throughout the room (worn door, damaged finishes, etc.). The kitchenette was also disappointing. It included a refrigerator, stove, one pot, and a whisk—but no dishes, utensils, or basic cookware, making it difficult to actually use. The hallways had a strong musty odor, although our room itself was much better. The staff was kind and helpful, but this property would benefit from much more attention to housekeeping and routine maintenance.

Good
We booked room late and ended up with upstairs room, no elevator. It was a pretty nice room, very large. I would stay again. Very close to beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs.

Perfect location and the shuttle bus driver Ken was great. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The property needs some work and up dating. Pool was awesome but they only had one umbrella. We shared our shade with everyone. The hotels definitely needed to purchase at least 3 umbrellas for the tables around the pool. 90 and no shade isn’t very good. Breakfast was ok .
