Fantastic
Airline had multiple delays and staff was quick to answer and help with multiple parties checking in at various times. Quirky, fun hotel and the vinyl in the rooms was very cool. Good continental breakfast. And best part was 2 minute walk to Fenway- perfect for group with kids and 60+

Great
Breakfast was very poor: counter-style and mostly pre-packaged. The limited healthier options included cold hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt and bananas; everything else was largely croissants, muffins, waffles, packaged bars and instant porridge. Check-out is extremely early at 11:00 and the hotel was not flexible about it beyond 11:30. The queen beds are also quite small. Although the vibe is cool, the property feels more like a motel than a hotel. There is no elevator and we needed to carry big suitcases up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On the positive side, the toiletries were very good and the beds were comfortable despite their size. However, overnight parking was extremely expensive at $75. They did not honour the advertised Gold VIP benefits on hotels.com loyalty plan, explaining that Expedia applies the label to all hotels but each hotel can interpret the benefits in its own way—which defeats the purpose of the programme. Overall, I wouldn’t necessarily return.

Fantastic
Stayed in the backstage trailer, very nice room and bathroom. We had a great time. You can see right into the washroom so not a lot of privacy. Pool area was great. Good location for a baseball game.

Love this hotel! The vibe is spot on! I just wish that the lighting was better in the bathroom, much needed towel racks and more mirrors. But these are all minor. I will stay here again especially when the Red Sox are playing!

We didn’t realize we had booked such a great hotel. Whether it be the friendly staff, ideal location, local discounts, or the generous continental breakfast, The Verb helped make our visit to Boston amazing. We highly recommend taking records to your room and leaving the tv off. Such a great experience!

They had hot coffee and cold brew in the lobby all day. We stayed in one of the airstream campers. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve and we travel extensively. Stay here!

Really fun hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms and good location. Free breakfast was good, and coffee and water all day to guests. Liked the restaurant/bar, too - had snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.
