Great Good location. Parking and access to building was complicated and complex. Of course 2nd time around would be easy. Ended up with a $75 parking ticket. Parked in the wrong spot.

Terrible Experience: Unable to get ahold of anyone (email, phone calls, and virtual message) to proceed with check-in. We stucked outside the building for 2 hours. No access to our apartment after 13hours of driving. We have no choice to book another hotel the same day with way higher fee. They refused to give back our refund after the cancellation.

I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again.

Very poor experience! We paid for a 4 person unit that was supposed to have a double sofa bed, but did not. When confronted they said they would apparently email instructions on how to open it, but never did. Called back and they said it’s not actually a bed. I was annoyed as we paid for 4 people.
He said we would get check in instructions for a new apartment sent at 4:30pm which our concert started at 5:00pm so this was very inconvenient. So we waited until 6:30 to leave for our concert, at that point we had to leave. I did not get an email for the check in for the new apartment until 8:15pm.
We were exhausted coming back from our event at 12:30AM and we checked into the new apartment and started moving stuff and found the double sofa bed in that apartment was bent and broken. It was also not clean and there was dirty towels in a pile in the bathroom.
This was embarrassing for me as the person who booked this stay as my group of 4 relied on me for our hotel, and it was unsettling for all involved.
We paid for 2 nights and at that point it would have been better to drive home after the concert, we didn’t get to sleep until 3AM.
When I checked in I chose the late checkout option at 12PM. At 11:00AM they still interrupted our breakfast to tell us we had to go. I have yet to hear back about a refund. Would not recommend.
