Below average Upon check in it was extremely hard bringing our luggage up to our room and for my elderly mother to go up the stairs since they were very steep. The A/C cooled the room a little but not as expected. The main bed slats that held the mattress up had several that wete not in the proper place. I sent a message to the after hours number provided in which they said it would be taken carw of. By the second day of staying there, we came back to our hotel and noticed our toilet paper was not refilled, we had used the tea bags in the morning but no other ones were put in it's place and the main bed slats were not repaired. I ended up fixing as best as possible. We would get awoken every morning or late at night by other guests staying at this location. We could hear all the conversations, everything they dropped, doors slamming, etc. On last day, we had no toilet paper to use but luckily we had packed a role in our suitcase. The hairdryer did not work properly and the had only 2 sets of towels when it was 3 of us in the room. Upin check out I noticed I was charged $628US when it was supposed to have been $577US. I would definitely NEVER stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend.

Great location…close to Trevi and Steps. Our room had cold AC - actually had to ask for a blanket. Our friend’s had a bed in a loft and said it stayed a bit warm.

Good The best thing about this hotel was the working AC, elevator, and location. The room is quite small, there was no balcony, and there was really only 1 window you can see out of. But it was just a room to crash in at the end of the day so it wasn't a big deal. Our room looked a bit out of date and there were some chips in the furniture. We liked that there was a patio downstairs to relax in. We overall rate this hotel a 6.5/10 and would stay here again if in the area!

Great Great location, but checkin closes around 6 pm. Room is generally clean, but the cleaning lady was relatively careless with our room and was throwing towels directly onto the floor like a bowling game.

Great Overall a really nice stay in the heart of Rome, just 10-15 minutes walk from the Trevi and within 5-10 minutes of the metro to both Termini as well as the Vatican.
Staff was helpful and kind, a bit of a mix up with the rooms but it was taken care of by the next day.
Rooms are spacious and well maintained; the only issue was being able to hear everything happening outside of the door, so mornings can start a little early if you have trouble falling back to sleep with noise but honestly worth it given location and everything else. A/C in room was a savior given the heat, but won’t totally cool down the room if temps are above 35C…though that’s to be expected.
Would definitely stay at this location again, and the late check out was a life saver with temps above 35C and a delay in travelz

Download what’s app this place communicates faster through the app. I called them earlier to arrange my check because It was a really good chance I would make it there after 6. Because it had not happened at the time I contacted them, they wanted to wait to see if I would make it in time. I didn’t and after a long travel day, it was frustrating. They could have just gave me the information of the things I needed to submit and pay and when it was after 6 and I didn’t show up they could have just sent me the instructions for after hours check out. No staff on the property after 6pm.
