Great
Great location! Meters away from Wall Street, Fearless girl, the bull as well as subway stations. The hotel is not new, but nothing to complain about…just an alert for somebody looking for something more updated.

Hotel is great but rooms are quite small. Staff very friendly. They could also do with more elevators.

Good
The elevator button was not working and the elevators were always overcrowded lots of people used the stairs even with luggage to get out. Not a good scenerio.

Great
We needed an affordable place to stay in this specific area. We have three kids so we needed to be close to the sights we wanted to see and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. The only thing we did not like was the elevator situation. There are three somewhat small ones that basically just stop all floors and can make getting to the ground floor or to your floor very inefficient. With three kids and things to carry including a stroller, the stairs weren’t the most appealing choice up to the 36th floor. Other than that, everything else was great!

Horrible staff, horrible amenities that were not working, and once we asked to move hotels because we were not comfortable, they refused to cooperate. We are requesting Expedia to step in and please take action.
