Stayed with kids

Booked for my wife and daughter and discovered that the hotel charges $79 for two people for breakfast! This is just absolute robbery - they were rushing to a competition with no other options so just paid. Not the experience you would expect for so much money, in fact the breakfast was extremely average -less than we've had at free breakfast hotels. Overall the hotel is extremely average - view was of garbage - room was just OK - and then being ripped off for breakfast just was the topping on a very distasteful experience .

Easy checkin and out. Friendly staff. Only stayed the night arrived after 7 left again at 9.30. So didn’t experience room service or restaurant. Lovely place. Would recommend.

Solo stay

The heated floor in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower were amazing. Had a balcony with an amazing view and had chairs no table so couldn’t have breakfast out there. Room service was great except they don’t collect the dirty dishes if staying one night and if you are not charging it to the room you have to go to the restaurant to pay. Staff were were amazing and overall a great stay.

I did not enjoy my stay. My "balcony" door opened up to a shared wharf of random people looking around, and my room looked directly into the restaurant so people having dinner could see me in my room. They also had an event in the evening and the noise was LOUD. I called reception and no one answered, and then they completely ignored my message. Not pleasant at all, do not recommend.
