Location: This is the biggest plus. It’s a 7-minute walk to Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and right near San Babila metro station. You can walk to most major sights, which saved us a ton on taxis. The area feels safe and lively at night too, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. *Room & Comfort*: Our deluxe room was clean, classic, and well-sized for Milan standards. The bed was ok, AC worked well, and the bathroom was old fashioned i.e. no shower curtains so bath makes the bathroom a puddle. Service: Staff were polite and spoke good English. Check-in was smooth and easy. It’s elegant but traditional. Overall, Hotel Bristol is perfect if you want a central, comfortable, no-fuss base in Milan. Walk to the Duomo, come back to a clean quiet room, and you’re set. Would definitely book again through Klook for the convenience and rate.
