Overall, it's a solid place, but a major minus is the elevator. It is incredibly slow, and you end up spending way too much time waiting for it or riding it just to get to your floor.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and room service was available. The only area for improvement would be the air conditioning, as it didn’t get quite cold enough despite being set to the lowest temperature.
