The front desk service was incredible, great service gave great suggestions and very professional. The room needed an upgrade., Please fix the shower head because too much is spilling out in room 183, and actually you waste more water when you can fix the showerhead and save yourself some money. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a plus and it was near everything you needed in Fresno.

Getting back to the hotel from the main roads is like a maze. There is not a direct way back to the building. Once you get to the hotel it is a decent place to stay.

If your staying a night or 2 or 3 ect…. Not bad at all i dont know about getting anything “extra “ But overall clean and nice enuf for a little stay.

Ramada was nice until the manager became disrespectful and terminated our stay because my 13lb dog wasn't on a leash! I also had a problem with his brother who i believe doesn't even work there! I was simply rinsing out my ice chest because an egg broke in it and he charges at me and asks in an upset loud voice that drew people's attention toward us "What are you doing?!!!" I told him what I was doing and he left! The management of the Ramada is harsh,,Rude and definitely not trained on customer relations! Go to the "Piccadilly at the airport!" You'll have more then Ramada could ever , want to give you!
