Fantastic

Stayed with friends

When I first arrived it was very easy to check in. There was good/accessible parking there. There is a gym, food spot, snack store and kid area in the hotel. The room was very clean and staff came to clean it everyday. There was delicious breakfast in the mornings. It is also in a good location with lots of stores around and only about 15 minute walk from disney. I would come here again.

Everything was great. It’s one of our favorite hotels to stay at. I was impressed that they had their breakfast labeled for gluten free people and they offered gluten free toast.

After staying at a handful of hotels prior to this one, our expectations were met with overall cleanliness and hospitality. We had a very late check in and the staff was more than accommodating and always pleasant. The hallway carpet didn’t smell the best on arrival and the lobby bathroom was untidy one of the four days, yet the rooms were very clean, elevators were appropriate and the lobby was very welcoming and kid friendly. The breakfast was mediocre but overall accessible and easy for anyone to find something to eat, even picky toddlers. The walk to Disney was perfect! And the follow up text messages from the hotel made it very easy to be accommodated to. We plan to stay again in the fall!

The property was clean and well maintained but the staff was not the most helpful. I never received a text to let me know ow the room was ready and when we got back late from the park, the doors to the lobby were locked and we didn’t have keys to get in. There was a button to call for service but it didn’t seem to work. Fortunately, another guest was able to let us in. Then I waited at the front desk and it looked like the one person at the desk was helping another guest so stood there and waited a few minutes. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case and she never asked if I needed help. I had to approach the desk and start that conversation. Fortunately, they comped my parking for the missed text.

Pool was smaller than expected but clean and warm. Room was great, minus the fridge not cooling as well as it should have, causing us to have food we brought spoil. Breakfast was underwhelming and we didn’t realize you could only dine in(which was not great on park days) We also got back one day to housekeeping in our room holding up one of our purses and admiring it? Just a bit odd. Overall clean and decent walk to Disneyland.
