Clean, spacious rooms with helpful staff

Room very hot and had to ask for additional fan. Both fans did not turn as were broken so fans only in one spot in the room.

Breakfast should really be included in the price of the room. Staff in restaurant were very pleasant, but not consistent with the pricing.

No aircon. No fans. Horrendous conditions.

Would probably stay again, especially for the leisure facilities available - the pool was nice to use in the morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but appeared hotel was understaffed as no one available at check-out. Bar area looked very nice. Overall appearance good. Needs attention to detail in the bedrooms. Whilst nice and spacious, three out of four bedside lights not working, one bedside light would spin around at smallest of touches, chair broken and dangerous, toilet roll holder broken. But, nice bed, clean, en-suite good, and quiet location.

There were bedbugs in the room. Our son was bitten all over the body.

Breakfast was extortionate and dire. Not worth the money. It is outsourced and nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned everyday nor are the towels changed. Nobody comes to check for housekeeping. The room was like a sauna. Extremely hot rooms, creaky floors, dirty carpet and windows. Windows don't open. Bathroom water pressure is just awful. There is no fridge or airconditioning in the room. I didn't use the leisure facilities. Aircon is only around the reception area. The hotel has just exchanged hands from Best western to OYO. The Indian entrepreneur doesn't care about -ve reviews it seems. He just wants the rooms to be booked even if it is on deception. Best western staff have been let go and hence housekeeping is kept to the bare minimum. Its a poor quality accom. One of the days I saw guest being turned away because the rooms were overbooks. There was carnage at the reception. Jason and Naeem were very good and helpful but their hands are tied knowing the ownership is not providing the service guests deserve. I would not recommend this hotel at all !!!!!!!. I even contemplated leaving early because it was just rubbish. Parking is also extortionate.

The best thing about this stay were the restaurant and bar staff who went the extra mile
