Good

The check in process was very poor. 7 of us waiting to check in. Most had reservations. One employee checking in one customer took. 30 min to check the client In while a second desk employee played with her phone. Neither employee made eye contact or any acknowledgement to the waiting guests .may never return.

They lack professionalism when it comes to locating reservations, and customer service is terrible; breakfast isn't included, yet they don't tell you that until after you've already eaten it.

Below average

We had to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours for our room to be cleaned so we could check in. They offered to cancel our reservation with a full refund but got the rooms finally cleaned in time for us to check in with a 15% discount. We will see if my credit card is issued a refund… All other amenities were fine. Seems there is a lot of water damage in many different areas of the hotel. The interior pool and spa seemed nice. Staff at the buffet were GREAT. Buffet breakfast was pretty good.

Good

I was assigned a room with an air conditioning unit that produced an extremely loud noise—comparable to a jet taking off—each time it cycled on and off, making it impossible to sleep. When I requested a quieter room for the following night, staff responded without surprise and promptly reassigned me to a room with a significantly quieter unit. This response suggests that management may already be aware of which rooms have excessively loud or potentially defective air conditioning units. No apologies were issued by the staff.

Good

This was a great hotel 30 yrs ago. It has not had the care and maintenance it needs. Room was clean but pool was cloudy, jacuzzi had black floaty gunk in it. Needs TLC all around.
